Corporate Training and Work.
In addition to running her own media coaching and marketing

giant Pacific Bell Directory/The Yellow Pages/SBC/AT&T, throughout
California. As a professionally-trained Targeted Selection Interviewer
(TSI), a behavior based technique that is a standard in the Human Resources
industry, Susan interviewed over 1,500 people, for positions within
Pacific Bell Directory. For her work she won an award for exceptional
achievement for outstanding service in recognition of her exemplary
performance.
As a certified assessor she has analyzed the body language,
vocabulary and selling skills of thousands of people, to determine
if they are qualified sales people. Susan also helped develop original assessments,
then assisted in training mid- and upper-level managers on these processes.
